Full-Time Opportunity
You will manage the daily operations of a 24-room accommodation facility on behalf of Yolngu traditional owners to ensure a positive guest experience and provide meaningful career pathways for local staff.
Proven experience at a supervisory level within an accommodation or hospitality business
High ethical standards, personal integrity, and the capacity to link daily tasks to organizational values
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt communication for people of diverse language abilities and ethnic origins
Intermediate proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
The ability to make sound decisions and respond promptly to changing circumstances in a dynamic work environment
Experience working with First Nations people in a remote environment (highly desirable)
Qualifications in hospitality or business management (highly desirable)
Ability to acquire and maintain a Northern Territory driving licence
